3D Scanning Case of Buddha Statue Backlight
The rise of Buddhist statue art is in the first and second centuries A.D. and thousands of years ago. A well-known domestic enterprise needs to scan the backlight of a large Buddhist statue manually made about 2.5 meters high and 1.5 meters wide to obtain high-precision three-dimensional data, and then reverse design.
Practical problems
1. Customers have high requirements for the scanning time and three-dimensional data quality of large Buddha backlight. They need to provide data support for the follow-up product design and die-turning process. The traditional production method is not only slow but also time-consuming and laborious, and the quality is difficult to be guaranteed, which can not meet customer needs.
2. The backlight of Buddha statue is large in volume and has many texture details. The backlight of Buddha statue is sunken inward. It needs multi-pose scanning. Scanning not only ensures scanning efficiency, but also meets the requirements of details.
Co3d solutions
The backlight of a large Buddha statue manufactured by hand is difficult to scan because of its huge texture details. It takes a long time and there is no powder spraying. Customers need to extract three-dimensional data from the existing overall Buddha image backlight through a three-dimensional scanner, and carry out the duplication production, in order to win with the multi-market and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.
Huaguang Engineer uses our Photo 3D Scanner DS+ to solve this series of problems. It can scan the backlight image of the Buddha statue quickly, ensure the perfect reflection and re-establishment of the details of the backlight of the Buddha statue, greatly improve the efficiency of the designer's design, and provide strong data for the production of the large Buddha statue backlight and the identification of the second design. Successfully solved the problems faced by customers.
