        The customer is a steelmaking plant, and the combustion furnace needs to be inspected and repaired due to frequent use. Use the handheld 3D scanner A22 to comprehensively scan the combustion furnace and obtain high-precision data. The A22 has a total of 22 laser lines, with fast scanning speed, high data accuracy and stronger stability. The collected data can be imported into three-dimensional inspection software to analyze the damaged parts. Use reverse design software to re-design the combustion furnace for later maintenance.

        The temperature of the gas furnace is as high as 198 degrees Celsius, which requires extremely high equipment usage. Due to the high temperature, general marking points cannot withstand high temperatures and cannot be used. Customized magnetic marking points need to be equipped. Because the machine is too bulky and difficult to disassemble, it brings certain challenges to the scanning work.
